MSNBC Cosmic Log reports that scientists have created the hottest temperatures in the universe.[1]
If scientists created the highest temperatures in the known universe (40 times hotter than a type II supernova)[1], with no president in nature other than the big bang, then how could scientists possibly know that doing so was safe?
I'm not sure that I am comfortable creating conditions on Earth of unknown consequences and unknown safety.
